La Fabrica was originally built as a foundry mill which manufactured cannon balls during the late 17th century. It has been lovingly converted to a secluded house and separate flat. The subtropical walled garden, has its own beautiful kidney-shaped swimming pool, BBQ, alfresco eating areas, plus a further 2 typically Andalusian courtyards filled with colorful flowers.
It enjoys a romantic setting on the banks of the Hozgarganta River, with views across the Alcornocales National Park - a cork-oak forest filled with wild flowers and animals on one of Europe's principle bird-migration routes. The dramatic backdrop of craggy rocks crowned by the ruined Moorish Castle gives this stunning building a truly unique location.
