The first-floor apartment has its own balcony with amazing views of the river and the Alcornocales National Park. Stairs within the inner courtyard connect it to the ground floor and the walled garden with swimming pool. The accommodation consists of a large living room with a woodburner, satellite TV, and a very comfortable drop-down double bed. The eat-in kitchen looks out on the orange tree in the courtyard. There is also a bathroom and a twin bedroom.
La Fabrica de Bombas
The main accommodation on the ground floor is accessed through a spacious cobbled courtyard, complete with sun dial. It sleeps four (although an extra children’s bed can be provided on request) and consists of a spacious living and dining room with a well equipped, open-plan kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms: a double with an en-suite bathroom and a twin which has an adjacent bathroom (with washing machine). The bedrooms have ceiling fans and central heating panels, and the living room has air-conditioning/heating, a wood-burning fire and satellite TV/DVD. There is secure parking for up to four cars.
The walled garden is set within the old walls of the factory and includes the original entrance. There is a built in BBQ, a shaded area for alfresco dining and plenty of sun loungers and deck chairs. The pool is illuminated at night so the garden can be enjoyed 24-hours a day!
